That's kind of the big "if", but watching Dumba my opinion is that it was all in his head this season. My thinking was that Tampa might prefer that risk over getting picks in an offer sheet since they're primed to contend now and they need a RD anyways

Is this a joke? First off Tampa can't afford to take on any money even at 50% retention, Tampa has no use for Dumba and Brisebois isn't trading his potential Selke guy Cirelli unless it's massive over-pay and Dumba isn't that. Obviously need to get over your fascination with Cirelli. because he's not going to Minnesota period.
