You've got three major elements here and you're paying for only two of them.

One way to look at it: Berggren, Buium and Husso pay for Gibson plus the retention (IF Anaheim would do it). The future first doesn't come close to paying for Zegras.

Alternatively, Buium and the future first pay for Zegras (ha, ha). Berggren and Husso pay for Gibson (maybe). What's the compensation for $9.6 million in cap space and actual money?
