Demidov isn't there at 7th unless he forces himself there. Flyers would likely take Dickinson at that pick unless Lindstrom is somehow at that pick

Debatable but I can totally see Ottawa doing this after moving so many picks out and our prospect cupboards being empty

Ottawa def does this. I doubt Philly offers this.

The only way they do this is if they are really big on someone who’s falling out of the top 5 like Demidov or Dickinson. But 2 picks in the top ~50 is a whole bunch to give up to move up 5 spots.

I would also argue that they wouldn't make any moves now and would wait until the draft has begun to see if things shift. No point in doing anything now.
