I know the knee-jerk reaction to a Jiricek trade is he's unavailable, but getting Bonk back would offset, he's at least an equal prospect in all likelihood.

A JG trade isn't happening, but in this fantasy world...that's honestly not a bad trade.

The JG part was the biggest issue.

For some reason when I first looked at the CBJ trade my eyes read "Owen Beck" instead of "Oliver Bonk" and I was this close to reacting intemperately.

As it is, that's a decent setup. I don't think we'd go for it simply because we don't need extra depth and so getting back more assets isn't an objective, but it's a fair try.
