Yeah they would be committing to building around stutzle pinto and sanderson long-term. If they Trade Tkachuk anyone with 2 years or less on their deal could/should be gone as well

I do see your point and although that would be wicked to have the up and coming talent, I feel the team would need to fill the void with a player or players that can play with our top 6 and not struggle.

It would be building around Stutzle, Sanderson, Parekh, Lindstrom, Kent Johnson, Greig , Pinto, Bos 1st and the 2025 1st.

We will be worse tho. If we want short term fixes , they won’t be better than Brady and even if they are , it’ll be short lived

I think if you want to get the best possible outlook for the franchise, a futures return would be the best option. Sucks to say given we were promised better 5 years ago, but there is no win-now trade that involves tkachuk imo. Calgary tried their version and it didnt work, id be hesitant to try something like that
