I like the Celebrini pick! Hawks would make that Islanders deal but not too sure the Isles would. Do the Isles really want AA? Hawks wouldn't consider trading Reichel for Barron without the Habs adding. Which the Habs probably wouldn't. I honestly don't see the Hawks trading Reichel for less than a 1st despite his poor season this year.

AA would be a good fit for one year to let expire so there's room to re-sign Dobson and Romanov. I would do this deal.

I agree, I don't think the Hawks are ready to move Reichel, that being said Barron is also a very good young player with top 4 potential and worth like a late 1st. I think an argument could be made for a 1 for 1 trade or the Habs adding maybe 3rd or 4th but like I said in the beginning, I don't think the Hawks are looking to move him.

I like Barron as well. But not enough to give up Reichel. If the Hawks wanted to get Barron, I'd be fine trading a 2nd or a 2nd and a 4th for him. Which Montreal might go for. But not a 1st and definitely not Reichel - at least not yet.

I think a team would give up a 25-32 pick for Barron but the same team would likely give up 16-25 for Reichel, so that's the difference by my estimation lol

I said it multiple times, I love Reichel and I would be open to trade Winnipeg’s pick, Calgary’s pick and RHP/Heineman for him. I value Barron as more valuable than Calgary’s pick, so I would be open to add a second and RHP/Heineman to the deal
