Flames decline both trades and there's no chance they use all 3 retention slots in the off-season. Mangiapane retained is worth way more and no reason to include Pelletier and Kuzmenko in a Markstrom trade

18 million in cap space means they can afford to bring in just about anyone they want who's available whether it's in free agency or via trade. Plenty of tradable assets too.
