Except for Orlov, I'm not seeing the Sharks acquire any players I'd really want on the team with these trades. Of course these trades are more about the picks recieved than the players.

Tampa likely accepts. Perbix is worth at best in the 3rd range, and it will take a mid round pick to move Sheary. Tampa gains needed cap space and still gets a 4th, so it probably works for them.
