God I hope the Canes pass I don’t want anything to do with that contract that’s 1.5 mill too much for 5 years longer than it should be.

And you’re right the difference isn't 2 2nds, it’s way more! Granlund is offensivly what you guys hoped JK would be! And not a 4th line overpaid problem.

If the Canes move KK over the summer it will be for cap related issues specific to this year. Granlund has much less term, but is more expensive against the cap this year (the most important one) so they decline.

Rushing some prospects but leaving out great ones. Addison isn’t worth $2 mil aav to me, Mukhamadullin should be in that D core easily. Gushchin plays over Graf all day in my opinion.

And of course this doesn’t include the 1st round pick this year, whomever it may be, and that couture is healthy enough to play

Graf has better B game, is much stronger defensively and has 5” on him. But offensively Gushchin is clearly superior.
