Well Zach Werenski sure isn't happening, No way would he ever waive for Ottawa. He'd only waive to go home to Detroit to be near his family

I'd do that honestly. Pager is not going to Ottawa, it doesn't make sense for them, but I feel like any Pageau to Ottawa trade would include Hamonic idk why but it would just make to much sense to me

Roy is a very real possibility, Since his wife gave birth to their first child, And it's been reported that they wants to be in the Detroit area for the full season to be close to their parents. I'd imagine that we're the favorites to bring him home. We shall see in about 2 1/2 months or so.

Pageau could totally make sense for Ottawa. I think they move on from Norris this summer. Pinto is a clear 2C at this point, and Greig can play C, but they prefer him at LW. Team is too young down the middle, they need a vet C who can play.

Norris should honestly just take the year off next year, focus on rehab for that shoulder injury. He is just one injury away from his career being over which you never want to see. I think a Pageau for Hamonic type of deal just makes sense for both teams
