i think that’s a pretty solid return for chychrun

I like Jensen but 2 x $4M at his age is a bit too much. Plus Holmberg with another year of $800K shouldn’t be moved.

Chychrun trade I’d want to drop the second to a later pick but it’s pretty spot on for what Ottawa should want and the most the caps should give if they identify him as a target. He needs to be extended though.

Colorado is probably gonna want a bigger piece if they’re moving Colton. He’s a great middle six addition though.

Jensen you could move out for whatever. Holmberg would be a fine add especially if you’re getting rid of Dowd though.

I’m sure Chyrchun would be willing to extend. If it makes any difference you could keep Milano.

TVR, mid 1st and a late 2nd is one of the better trades I’ve seen on here. I’d say yes.

I think Milano moves the trade across with the 1st and TVR. Milano helps the bottom six and improves 5v5 defensive numbers which the team desperately needs.

Removing Milano and keeping the rest of the trade the same would be fine imo. I think Milano is worth a late second and he fits in well with the caps.

yeah I probably do this for the Sens. if that extra 2nd is a problem as others have mentioned, then I'd probably be perfectly happy dropping the extra 3rd going to the Caps and just changing that 2nd to like a 4th/5th or something

this is one of the better Chychrun trades I've seen. Fully makes sense for both sides if a Chychrun extension is a part of the deal

Manson and Colton are worth more than that. Dowd doesn’t move the needle for me. I have him valued as a 3rd so a second and 2 thirds isn’t enough. Drop Manson and a third (or Dowd) and it would probably be ok for Colton.
Also Manson is a better player than bear by a significant margin.

despite what the fake sens fans on here say, no chance OTT does that trade, trading a 26 yo for a soon to be 33 yo 3rd pair RD and a 3rd/4th liner aint happening.
