I don't like this for Arizona. Value aside, these are not two players the Coyotes should be looking at. Robertson especially.

Yeah would rather just pass on those two players and look elsewhere for any roster upgrades

With the cap and assets, Arizona could basically swing at anyone, hopefully a new rink in the works, being a copycat league, this could be one of the heaviest physical teams in the league, with a nice sprinkling of skill. Not sure many ufas signing up for current Arizona, so probably have to be draft and develop, and possibly trade some of these picks, only so many roster spots.

couple things - geekie, simashev and maveric will not be ready next year. adding robertson is another small skill W, this F group has only 1 guy over 190lbs in top 9 and only 4 guys over 24yo total - too small and too young.
rather use those picks for top pair D (fowler isnt bad but is 33yo)

The reason Anaheim would unload Fowler is to try and decontent our LHD, so making the basis of the return a LHD doesn't really make a lot of sense on our end.

Lameroux, he would be of interest, pretty much anything right shot really.

There's also the 4 team trade list to consider.

Could be neither is Tre type of player , but can’t see the Leafs selling that low on Lili & Robertson; both showing promise & the team needs nhl level contributors on cost controlled contracts.

This. Personally don’t see how ARI would possibly be on Fowler’s 4 team list
