Isn't it obvious the Leafs can't afford 13m for to two Dmen, if it means a bottom 5,6,7 for Benoit, Niemela (who isn't NHL ready) and Rafai.
Leafs probably can spend 11m for three new additions, but more along the lines of DeMelo, Tanev and some one else.
Never mind the offer to the Blues.

Parayko is not on any falling off list, though. Some people can't or won't understand that, and I'll take ridiculous fantasy offers over that any day.
