probably in the minority but i think i'd rather Beecher than Roslovic. He's younger i think both cap out at 3C with Beecher being cheaper, and more a "Bruins type player"
Wortherspoon over Bean if not just keep Forbort. I know probably just there for the cap.

Hanifin deal i think more than fair. Top 4 pot D-Man, Middle-6 C, rental D-Man to flip, or fill in. The 3rd likely needs to be a 2nd

Seems perfectly fair for Columbus to me. Not super pumped to take Forbort, but I get he's there for cap reasons. I think Beecher would be a sneaky good pickup, and a far future second like that feels fair for both retained that much.

Like the Hanifin deal, not sure if that's enough for Conroy to accept tho

CBJ deal is meh, it dumps Forbort which is good, but I'm not sure BOS should cut ties with Beecher just yet

Bean and Roslovic are players that might be kind of interesting as bargain pickups, but that's not a bargain price so the Bruins pass

Definitely need a 1st instead of that 3rd for the Hanifin deal and throw in Jesper Boqvist just for the heck of it

Forbort seems like an important piece you should keep for the Playoffs. Better to keep your Big, Tough, Shot Blocking, Shut Down PK Specialist imo

Take out Lohrei. Substitute a first and you have a fair deal. Harrison is an interesting prospect with a plus shot whose started to play solid at Providence since December

I think Hanifin’s value is pretty clear.
1. A late first and late second with retention
2. A late first and a late third without it.

You have to take back salary. Ideally a player with a one year contract that could be flipped to lower your salary burden or actually help out as you try to get playoff revenue. If it beyond a year, I can see Calgary getting value for that. On a one year, it’s a price of doing business

So as we take a look at these deals, you should consider if you are overstepping or not reaching the value level.
