Yep, Cowan and Tverberg will be imo, I also personally like the way Kokkonen plays. If not Niemela, some other replacement level player around that cap hit. You could say the same about Tverberg.

Cowan, Niemela, Tverberg not making it, Kok maybe, Domi will be no more than 3 million, Leafs pass on the Caps trade, and overall this is horrible

It is a problem if Tverberg and Niemela are on the opening night roster and Domi just signed a 3 million dollar and he hasn't exceeded it so he will be in that 2.5-3 mill range. Lily, Minten and a first is ****ing ridiculous Lily is a 24 year old offensive defence man on the rise, Minten can be Domi in a few years so give Domi a 3x3 or something and that pick will be in the 20-25 range, all that for an aging defence man with maybe 2 solid years left in him? It is a horrible deal for the Leafs. Pesce would be great but I find it unlikely Pesce even signs with the Leafs let alone for 8 years, I could see it being a 2 year 7 million kind of like Orlov

Toronto can't afford Mangiapane, not his cap hit nor what it would take to acquire him.
