Respectfully, you don't have the pieces. A late first and a late second don't help, we can't do futures anymore. Olausson isn't really a need, and he would be competing with kulich, Rosen, savoie, and ostlund. Johansen is a 4m cap dump. With our current build, a mittelstadt trade has to return a top 4 right shot d, defensively responsible and physical. The Sabres should really look at adding two way forwards and grit all over the roster, but if mittelstadt doesn't return that right d, he just resigns. He's not a rental, it's not "best deal gets him", it really has to make sense.

Buffalo has always been a city that hates losing, I think we hate losing more than we like winning. And winning is something we don’t often get to experience. Only the Buffalo Bandits have actually brought home any titles for the city, and they’ve done it five times, as recently as last year. I have to give honorable mention to the Buffalo Beauts for their one Isobel Cup win, but that team doesn’t even exist anymore.

First, Buffalo does not need nor want to trade their leading scorer.
Second, the Linholm trade set the bar for a base return, this is less. Kuzmenko has a brighter future than, Johanson so is not so he is a pure cap dump. Brzustewicz is better than Olausson. The 2nd is better than a 4th but Jarmo was included.
Third, Casey is the real deal. He is strong along the boards, a good skater and play-maker.
Fourth, he is the team's leading scorer while Lindholm was Calgary's fourth, he is an RFA v UFA, has more pts (101 v 96) over the past two seasons, he four years younger and his career is on the upswing Lindholm seems to be regressing (is he injured).
Fifth, Buffalo may want to trade him to save cap and give a roster spot to a prospect.
Bottom line, you will not like this, if you replace Olausson with Ritchie, keep the 2nd as payment for taking Johanson's salary for an extra year and add a Jormo equivalent with Ahcan but Buffalo may still say no as they would want an NHL top 4 RHD if they traded Casey instead of futures.
