That's a hard trade to both agree to and pass up. Losing 2 1sts and Frost hurts, but gaining Bowen Byram would be a very good add.

I think you'll need to pay SJ a lot more to unburden yourself of Johansen.
Given Byram's injury history, I'm not sure if he could fetch quite that much. Frost himself is a very good young player, so something like Frost plus a late first should be enough. Or, Frost for Byram + Johansen...

Byram is a stud top pairing pp1 qb waiting to break out, the world saw a small glimpse in the cup playoffs a couple of years ago, who unfortunately has Cale Makar blocking his path. So I know exactly how you I feel the exact way, because long term unless COL just hit HR with the draft picks (something not exactly guaranteed) PHI crushes in this deal, but short term Frost getting dropped between Nichushkin and Lehkonen not going to lie like that a lot.
