That's a unique idea around Kuzmenko. I don't think Provorov is very good but if management disagrees then its very interesting.

Jackets decline both. They will be looking for a first for provorov with half retention. Sillinger is borderline untouchable and looking like the 2C of the future in Columbus so it’d take a lot more than that

I don't actually mind the Kuzmenko-Provorov swap, but it would be contingent on committing to Marchenko as the top-line RW, and moving Laine. I'm not so sure the FO is ready to do either right this minute.

As for Sillinger, I don't know what got into him in the last two weeks, but halfway through January he just turned into a beast. Like, finally scoring goals, playing insanely well defensively and on the PK, and has the ability to make defenders look silly from time to time. He's developing as well as we could have hoped for and looks like a legit 2C at 20, or at least a great defensive 3C as his floor. CBJ aren't moving him, especially for an Ian Cole rerun.
