Ok, My point is Ullmark for a top 6 DMan. It doesn’t have to be Bouchard or Edmonton.
JVR is gonna win the 7th player award so I don’t know what you’re talking about. He fits what’s the Bruins have desperately needed in a guy who can lurk around the net and produce.
All reports are that Lysell is a bust, his world juniors was as bad as it gets and isn’t close to the NHL.
If you don’t like Elias Lindholm, how about Joel Erickson Ek or Shane Pinto?
Odds are if Ullmark is traded it’s for picks/prospects and clear cap space.
When is the last time you saw a team trade an established top 4 quality d man that was not past his prime or had a bad contract for goalie? It doesn’t happen. Goalies generally just don’t carry that kind of trade value. The odds of a player for player trade of Ullmark for a quality D man is pretty slim. Especislly a young high end one.
Coyle, Frederic, Wotherspoon all more deserving the 7th man award, maybe even Geekie and Heinen. The first 3 have exceeded expectations, the criteria for the award. JVR is who we thought he is, a productive 3rd liner that excels on the PP and struggles 5 v 5. His next contract will be a 35+ contract. He’s been a nice add for the year, but not a long term option. He has 2 goals in last 21 games, production has disappeared.
Lysell a bust? Stop listening to moron/impatient fans. He is 20, in his 2nd year in NA, and on a heater. Needs to work on his defense, most young kids do.
I love JEE, i like Pinto. They will cost significant assets to aquire and in JEE’s case moving out cap.
