Hawks quickly decline. There is nothing about that trade that would appeal to them.

Nope. Still not enough. Dumping Ryjo in season this year and getting Blackwell back costs a 2nd. Behrens is a nice prospect, but Hawks aren't looking to add more LD. Behrens fills no need at all for the Hawks.

Cannot see the caps taking that. They don't need another LHD badly enough to warrant moving McMichael and Lindgren and Dowd. That guts the center core for the caps and overpopulates the left side of the blue line. McMichael is a huge part of the future.

I don't imagine that the Capitals are so desperate for another LD that they would so noticeably downgrade at Center and Goalie, and then throw in a pick as well.
