Well, not a fan of the deal for either squad, but......

I would have to think Timmins wouldn't be the worst acquisition for Guerin. I like his game, but his skill set is not what the Leafs need. A pretty solid two-way defender who at a mere $1.1 million would round out Minny's right side next year. RD UFAs are not exactly plentiful, and the better options in the Wild's D depth imo all play LD.

Now having said that, a Timmins for Bogo move straight up would work I think, (actually did an ACGM using Timmins to acquire Maroon). It is more the inclusion of Johansson..... a very underrated middle 6 forward who at his cap hit simply isn't moving..... not for Abruzzese..... and IF Guerin were to move him I think he can nab a 2nd.

Like honestly it isn't a horrible package - simply misses the mark.

At least they're not still offering Bracco.
