I think all of Montreal, San Jose and Columbus decline, though I think the issue is more fit/situation than value.
-I don't really see Montreal using their last retention spot for this season for another veteran D-man and Bourgault. Ceci has very little to no value to Montreal. Bourgault is a good prospect (I actually like him more than any other Oilers prospect), but it seems like if he sticks in the NHL it will be as a two-way middle/bottom-sixer and I'm not sure that's what Montreal would be looking for if they to use that last retention spot.
-Its probably going to cost more to both move Campbell's contract and acquire a goaltender from San Jose. The term on Campbell's contract is killer
-I think Jenner gets overrated, but he's a big center who can score on a sub-4 mil contract with term. That always has value and it will likely cost more or require different prospects to convince Columbus to move him and retain on his contract.

More than 3x1st for an injured 4h liner on a bad team....wooow
Jenner literally leads Columbus forwards in TOI/game. I don't think its realistic to think a 30 year old Jenner gets a (future) 1st and two recent 1st without retention, but the issue may be more on availability and/or the prospects fit/value than anything else.
