Considering that it took OTT a 1st and two 2nds to get Chychrun if they wanted to break even on him that's what they would want back and the Rangers only have one 2nd in the next 3 seasons. With the addition of Tank it would cost the rangers some roster players which I highly doubt they would be willing to give up.

Rangers don’t really need Chychrun even though at that cap is really good. Lindgren would have to go the other way and high picks

I don’t think it would be anything Ottawa would consider fair value. The Rangers really don’t need Chychrun and Tarasenko could be had cheaper my himself if they wanted to bring him back

I’d want a late 1st for Tarasenko because he’s been better than last year. And Chychrun’s value has gone up because he’s been excellent and at 50% retention , it’s insane

The rangers can't afford this package with the uncertainty around chytil. Kakko is already skating so he's going to be back sooner rather than later. But Chytil is probably another month or so away.

This package would be asking for an A prospect + 2 firsts.
So 2 firsts and probably Perreault. And theres absolutely no shot the rangers pull that trigger.

Need a 3c &/or rw, maybe a heavy 7d.
Pass on Tarasenko at any high price. Can't afford luxury Chychrun. Maybe Kubalik @1/2 for a mid pick or Pinto for a 1st & 3rd
