Max Jones is a Verbeek style player and Milano most definitely isn't. So much so on the latter that Verbeek walked away from the player by not giving him a QO. Not a chance in hell that Ducks trade happens.

Chinakhov has said he doesnt want to leave, so he wont be traded. I also doubt Laine is traded. I really dont want Kuzy on the jackets so im holding out hope that some other team makes that mistake.

Definitely understood that he is a solid goaltender and it would be hard to move him for Keumper but the part of this that you guys are overlooking is the willingness to take the problem child that is DeAngelo off your hands and add a pick in the second round

I'm sure the Hurricanes would be willing to do a trade along the lines of DeAngelo+1st+a solid prospect for Kuemper or just maybe a first for Kuemper

Honestly Kyotchetkov is a top tier young goaltender. I have watched him play live several times and he is very very good
