This is a purely skilled team, aside Tkachuk. I know Dorion and DJ comments over the years but Dorion and his scouting department were awful at pro scouting, they didn't know what they were doing. Greig and Joseph have some jam but that's about it. Very soft team. Next GM will have to bring more physical 2-way players to support the core
