Sens could definitely get more for Pinto but I’d LOVE to add him. A 20 goal scorer 2C would be incredible but they’re asking for a 1st in that package along with an impact player imo. Plus we might have to take on salary.

Absolutely not. I wouldn't consider trading Garland with retention unless its for a solid dman who makes significantly less than him. We'd much rather give up a prospect than retain for 3 yrs. Especially because Jensen isn't exactly a young asset. Or much more than a defensive guy.

No way Canucks even retain on that trade. It's the contract, specifically the term, with Garland that's the issue Jensen has that issue, but worse since he's 33. Jensen and TVR are negative value for the same reason Garland is, good players bad contracts.
