I think you'd have to change the 4th to a 2nd and remove the 3rd coming from the Flyers. That 1st would also need to be the most valuable they have, so Detroit's
So it would be 1st (DET), 2nd (OTT), Boucher, Sokolov

The problem with this, is that the cap would not work at all for when Norris does come back. Or when he comes back next year. Sure Tarasenko and Kubalik would be off the books and the cap will go up. BUT Sanderson is getting a 7m+ raise next year also.
This doesn't work.
Actually, for next year, even with Sanderson's new AAV kicking in, and if you give Pinto 4.5 AAV, the Sens will have about 5.5 M$ to replace Tarasenko (even if Joseph is still here). Brannstrom will most likely not be there anymore, be traded to make room for Kleven
So actually, Konecny could be the guy replacing Tarasenko in the Top-6 but that would happen after the season. Sens can't afford him this season as Norris is healthy

Both Boucher and Sokolov are top prospects. Sokolov easily makes your 3rd or 2nd line on a rebuilding team. Briere has shown interest in Boucher. We could add another first or another prospect, but the deal is pretty fair
No they're not
Boucher was a stupid reach, he's an early 2nd round prospect who has been massively injury prone since being drafted. But apparently the Flyers value him so I would seize this opportunity
And Sokolov just got waived... although Santa Dorion has mostly no idea what he is doing... He was thought having 3rd/4th round pick value
