I think if you dropped the 1st headed to Ottawa and found a way to guarantee that Norris signs an identical deal to the one McLeod has, it would be at least strongly considered by the Oilers' side. I don't think NHL clubs are at the "doing other teams favours with the cap" point of the season yet.

I really like McLeod's defensive utility considering the juggernaut Edmonton already maintains with its top two lines. Norris has better offensive output and I love myself a RHC, but unless Josh shows the same kind of two-way and PK upside, it's a tough sell that I'd probably begrudgingly accept.

Pinto isn't worth a first and it'll take more than that to dump Joseph, especially to the Hawks.
