Underrated on Ottawa would probably be Zub. Really solid defensive Dman, rarely out of position just a real steady player. Overrated would probably be Chabot but not by much, would want to see what he does with less minutes not wearing him down. Brannstrom is also sneaky good as well, just needs to produce more offensively but things seemed to click last year in the 2nd half of the season. Don’t think he’d be in top 100 though maybe towards the back half if anything. Defensive game really took a big upswing for him. Sandersons a beast but probably shouldn’t be rated too high this year, will likely take a big jump after this year. Chychrun is pretty good as well, haven’t seen much but liked what I saw.

I like Sanderson in the 50-65 range this year. Probably top 30 by end of season

From the Canucks

Quinn Hughes in the 5-10 range

Hronek is probably somewhere in the 40-60 range

Cole or Soucy could maybe be near the lower end of the list, but not sure if they would make it in the end

Marcus Pettersson without a doubt deserves to be top 30.

Klingberg deserves to be in the top 100... despite all the hate he gets on this site... Rielly is also very underrated

yea I'm pretty high on the Zub type defensemen (Lindgren, Carlo etc) definitely has decent placement on my list. Think I need to see a little more from Sanderson to be high on the list, but he's certainly on it as well

Bit high for Hughes imo, but he's up there. Soucy/Cole are both within the 130 I have now so there's definitely a chance one/both make it on

Love Petterson's game, 30 is too high for me. You're putting him in a similar tier/range as Letang?

I don’t think that’s too high for Hughes. Personally the lowest I could see him is 10th. I’d personally have him 6th

I’d agree with that placement! Middle row right now until he shows it this year. Really saw it in the 2nd half of the season and especially after Chabot got hurt, he’s a stud. Will probably be sens #1 Dman by end of next year

Klingberg? He's one of the best PP quarterbacks in the league... And a solid number 2/3/4 defensemen, which where the latter half of the top 100 defensemen will lie

Watch, this year, he's going to be primarily put out on the PP and he'll become top 100 caliber again, like he was in Dallas bc he's not being forced to play defence

NOW, that being said, petterson is still a very solid D, and has done amazing work for pittsburg, but he doesnt sniff the top 30. no team is winning a cup with petterson as your top guy.
