I'm curious what makes it reasonable to flip Lorentz and a 5th into Pesce? This very well could be a lose/lose trade, but Pesce >>> Duclair with a 2nd and even more so than Lorentz and a 5th/2nd.

IF CAR were to maximize value they'll get a 1st+ for him, BUT that means they're also sellers which I personally would not like.

All signs point to Pesce having nixed any potential EK65 to CAR deal. I'd love to have Pesce as a Sharks fan, but it doesn't seem like he'd be interested.

On the off chance that he would be, I could see Duclair + Benning/Rutta as a more accurate trade value.

I’m all for signing Pesce in the off-season if we can get him but not trading for him at the TDL, kills our tank and we lose a good trade piece and a high 2nd
