Rasmussen ain’t worth allat, not even close

Bear more than likely signs a cheap 1 year deal. I can’t see him getting big term or money with his injury

Our Coach and GM say we need to get bigger and stronger upfront, So yeah we trade 6'6" Michael Rasmussen. Detroit passes and Doucet is looking very good as well.

Ras isn't available. A team would need to overpay to the level at which their GM should be fired for giving what it would take to get him. Not gonna happen.

You have 2 UFAs one is 28 and the other is 29 and neither of them has made $1M in a single season. Honestly how much value can they have?

Sasson is 22 and he is pretty much straddling the fence where his odds of making the NHL are just as good as him not making it to the NHL

Lekkerimäki has a ton of potential and could be very good. While I wouldn't trade him for Rasmussen I doubt Vancouver would trade him so soon.

Lek + delayed 2nd isn’t going to cut it for Ras based on team needs and roster composition. Nor should VAN be moving him. The rest is not added value.

In order to get Rasmussen you'd have to do better than this offer. I'm not as wedded to Ras as some other Detroit fans are so I wouldn't rule out a trade but it would have to be something like Lekkerimäki + Sasson + 1st in 2024 + 2nd. Dries and Martin are not interesting.
