Also can't see NYI finishing 7th. Maybe 1 of CBJ/WSH could finish above, but I think it'd take a disaster season for both to do so. I don't even think Pittsburgh finishes above them either.

Agreed. But in the salary cap era the historical average is six new playoff teams for each year. So you only having four would be a rather status quo year. I'd expect more change than that.
