Carolina has: Svechnikov, Teravainen, Bunting, and Martin Necas as their top 6 wingers with a defensive corp that will keep them going far into the playoffs every year---but you want them to acquire more scoring. Most teams see the fundamental flaw in Toronto's roster builds...and won't copy it.

Leafs aren’t trading Willy to Canes because he would be the best player in any trade (unless Aho or Slavin are coming back which seems unlikely) & they are 100% in win now mode.
Canes (& Devils) look tough but I’ll take the Leafs lineup any day.

I say no. I am a big Jarvis fan so maybe it's bias but that doesn't seem like enough going back if all your giving is a **** prospect Lilegren which probably never plays a game as a Hurricane and Nylander is not worth both Pesce and Jarvis
