2 of Boston, Tampa and Florida

Yeah, I went back and forth on Florida. I'm gonna add them. So really, probably all three as things stand.

Hard to believe Boston could win 15 less games than last season and still make the playoffs !

I say :
Buffalo in place of Tampa
Ottawa in place of Florida
St-Louis in place of Minnesota
Calgary in place of Winnipeg

Boston could slip a good bit this season and still make the playoffs. But maaaan, that center line-up went from top tier to oof real fast. I know they're not done yet, but they need to get on that quick.

It all depends TBH... I believe the answers should be Florida, Tampa and Boston based on the rise from Buffalo and Detroit evening out and on the west; Vegas, EDM, Winnipeg and Seattle... but there should be at least 2 of those teams making the playoffs.

If I were to guess the biggest regression from a player's RS last year to this one, I'm basically forcing myself to say EDM's top 6 based on how teams are going to start shifting on defense... as well as the Oilers PP aren't going to get as many chances and convert at 33% again
