If you did any research you would know that Philly can’t retain on TK and Walker because they retained on Hayes and come tomorrow will retain on TDA leaving them 1 retention spot left that will be used at the deadline for someone. But it doesn’t matter anyway because the offer sucks. Taking on Murray is worth 1 of those prospects alone and probably more because of how desperate the Leafs are to get cap compliant. Late 1sts and mid prospects doesn’t get TK. Only good piece is Liljegren. This is a super easy decline even if the deal was allowed to go through which it isn’t because of the retention slots.

It does, no point in sugar coating it. Flyers don’t want Murray and don’t want to buy him out, Flyers want futures in the next few years, Flyers want good prospects. None of that happens in this deal lol 31 other teams could offer a better package than this. And again the deal literally is impossible anyway because we literally cannot retain on those guys nor should we anyway

Value might be close but the NYR can’t give up a top 4 LD with their lack of depth at that position. Then there’s the issue of cap space for an extension. Unlikely destination unfortunately. I think CHI, CGY,WPG, SJ, ARZ are the best fits. Could be missing a few but the cap space for extension is the big thing
