The Oilers can’t afford to retain on Ceci’s contract it would cost them less to buy him out. Also they don’t need another left shot D man they have Nurse, Elkholm, Kulak, Broberg, and Neimelainen to sign another 2.5-5M left shot D would be silly

Montreal can afford to sit on Dvorak's contract until it expires but would be open to trade him if there's demand for a C.

As for Tatar, I'm wondering if he still has a house in Montreal

The difference between RyJo’s trade and these was that RyJo’s contract was atrocious. It was twice that of these contracts. So no way these teams retain on those players.
Maybe Hall’s is close due to Boston’s cap situation.
