I love Ullmark but I'm not giving up 13OA for him. He has had one great season, but it was behind one of the best defensive teams in the league.

He was actually really good the year before too. Boston was a top 10 defense this year, but was not the best defensive team in the NHL.

His advanced numbers were never great. He’s an average goalie that crumbled the second he played stressful games this year.

Sharks should accept though thats a lot of retention without any picks.

To make this work you would be dropping that retention down at least 2m and then sending quality picks back to SJ, if BOS had any left to give. It's way off currently

The only goalie I would move 13oa for is saros (because he's really good, and he has 2 years left on a reasonable contract) If anybody else wants a first for a goalie, it'd be a hard pass.

Calgary definitely passes on the one, It's a pretty lame offer for Noah Hanifin and Elias lindholm.

Its weird I see a goalie who year over year was improving. The 21-22 season he at a 5.7 GSAE and then this year the monster jump to 42.4 GSAE. Now I don't expect that he maintains the unreal pace next year. Now the 3 years prior to this season (2 of which with Buffalo) he collectively had a .916 SV% which was good for 10th among all NHL goalies with at least 60gp (so an average of 20gp per season). He also had a 2.58 GAA which was good for 15th among goalies. In his last two season with Buffalo his GSAE/60 was far better than any other goalie that Buffalo threw out there.

I'd be shocked to see the Wild deal Rossi for 8 spots, doesn't make sense unless there is another trade that gets them into top 5
