Looking for feedback on trade cost - again

Description
As I've said before, I believe this offseason will be a quiet one for the Kraken, and they will likely spend most of their time and cap space re-signing their RFAs and making more subtle additions to round out the roster. However, the potential remains for them to make a big splash via the trade market. Based on reporting in recent weeks, I've identified four high level players who might be available and would both fit the Kraken and make the team better. As such, I'm looking for opinions from these players' current team's fanbase on what they think their franchise would be looking for in return. Those players are:

Noah Hanifin, LD, Calgary Flames
Travis Konecny, RW, Philadelphia Flyers
Alex DeBrincat, LW, Ottawa Senators
Erik Karlsson, RD, San Jose Sharks

I've included on the main roster every Seattle player who could be competing for a roster spot in the NHL next year, and re-signed all RFAs to give people an idea of what they will likely get on their next contract. In the scratches column are Kraken prospects of note.

Thanks in advance!

    What would Calgary want?

Fit with Seattle: Hanifin's a bonafide top four defenseman who is effective on both ends of the ice and is still in his prime. He would fill the void left by Soucy with someone even better. Making the money work on adding him is relatively simple and Calgary wouldn't have to take back salary if they didn't want to. I do think trading for Hanifin is only feasible if he agrees to an extension beforehand or if Seattle is confident they can lock him up before he reaches free agency next year.

    PHI
      What would Philadelphia want?

Fit with Seattle: Konecny's a goalscorer who scored above a point per game, something none of Seattle's forwards have done..yet. He's also under contract for two seasons at a reasonable rate, so Seattle wouldn't have to shed much salary. One of their depth forwards would likely be on the move in this scenario to clear roster space, depending on who that is they could be sent to the Flyers in the deal or elsewhere for assets.

      OTT
        What would Ottawa want?

Fit with Seattle: DeBrincat's another goalscoring winger in his prime; even if he had a down season, he contributes elsewhere on the ice besides putting pucks in the net, something the Kraken front office really values. Weirdly, fitting him on the roster was more difficult than Karlsson. The Kraken would likely have to move out two forwards in order to afford his salary. Perhaps they could be sent to Ottawa as part of the return for DeBrincat if the Senators had interest.

        1. Karlsson, Erik (2 500 000 $ retained)

          What would San Jose want?

Fit with Seattle: Karlsson's contract term combined with his age makes me nervous, and trading for him would be a bigger risk than anyone else on this list. However, he's also an elite offensive RD who would be a boon to Seattle's power play, something that needs improvement. In this scenario the Sharks retain $2M-$2.5M of his cap hit; any less and the Kraken wouldn't be able to fit him onto the roster, any more and it would hinder the Sharks. At a cap hit of $9-$9.5M, Seattle would still have to move money out, but fitting Karlsson under the cap was surprisingly feasible.

Hanifin cost a first and another smaller piece
Konecny cost the equivalent of two first and a second
Debrincat cost Firkkus, a first and another piece
Karlsson cost a first, a B prospect and salary going back

Honestly for DeBrincat you'd want to maxmize what you're getting in return but it was mentioned that sens offer last year was the best one that was offered for him. Based on that and considering his down season + No term i'd say a mid-late first and two seconds, or perhaps a high first and a third, something along those lines but Pierre Dorion is a professional moron so honestly anything could happen. I would assume they take him to arbitration and don't trade him but that's just the return i'd assume if they want to trade him.

I think the only one here that makes sense is Konecny. I think a trade would look like:

          Tolvanen
          Robertson ?
          2023 1st Round Pick
          2023 2nd Round Pick (WPG)

That’s just a plain guess though. I think Flyers fans could ask for more. But that’s just me.

I think these could all be great fits for Seattle. I hadn’t thought about Hanifin and Konecny but they both seem like they would fit like a glove in Seattle. Seattle doesn’t really have a ton of movable pieces that I think would interest Philly. With a thin prospect pool, I think you would have to dig into your draft picks to take a swing at Konecny but I’m all for it. Calgary would have more interest in roster players since they aren’t tearing down the house.

In terms of Konecny to Seattle the cost would be something like a 1st in 2023, future 2nd round pick, and ONE OF Goyette or Nelson. If you want the Flyers to take some salary back bump up the future 2nd to a 2023 second for sure.

That almost seems like an underpayment but yea he would be a solid addition and fill a need.

moving out a forward + some extra for debrincat makes too much sense for both teams. something like gourde or burakovsky + Seattle’s 1st seems really solid

For DeBrincat I would want :

          Adam Larsson + Eeli Tolvanen

          OR

          Andre Burakovsky + Eeli Tolvanen

          OR

          Any combination of Larsson/Burakovsky + Gourde/Bjorkstrand/Schwartz
