I know agreeing on Hart's value is next to impossible, but its definitely more than multiple cap dumps and a couple of prospects.

If we say the 1st is for the dumps I think you could add a bit to the couple prospects, but its a start.

i'm curious, why? Gally is a good veteran and a leader. A young team like Chicago need that for the culture and they get good picks. They won'T be competitiv until the end of his contract and he will be on the LITR in like 2 years

Hawks don't need Gally, and like I said, moving $26M in cap over 4 years costs a lot more then a 2nd round pick, a couple of 3rd round picks and a bunch of low draft capital

Good picks? Plural? There's one 2nd and no 1st's in that deal. The rest of that is not good picks. Gally has missed over 100 games the past 4 seasons and his production is declining when he does play. He's not worth his contract now, and it's only going to get worse as he ages. He takes multiple 1st's to move out.

Yeah Arizona isn’t doing that. Moving up to 5 isn’t important enough to sell Keller for a collection of assets containing random picks, B prospects, and a cap dump. It’s not chel, you can’t just add things to a trade and hope it works out eventually.

I don't think the Blues are interested in retaining with the amount of term left and I doubt Krug waives for MTL but as a fan id be thrilled to get a 1st for him.

I'm confused.....Do you think these moves will make the Habs a perennial playoff team, as well as a contender? They're in the midst of a full rebuild and you completely anhialated their draft pool just to get rid of a couple players that will be gone by the time the Habs contend.
