Im not positive Buffalo beats that offer. Devon Levi could be special, plus the ELC makes him even more valuable.

You cant always count on a young goalie but Buffalo has been building from within all along. I would be surprised if they went after Hellebuyck now that Levi has arrived.

They need a mentor for Levi and want to be a better team so trading pick 13 and upl who won't have a spot for a goalie that has 3 venzna nominations in 6 years he's the perfect guy to bring in and help Levi and then they trade helle when Levi is a top 10 goalie. Basically a similar situation to Tampa ben bishop is helle and vasi is levi

If Colton is signing that contract the trade pieces don't matter cause he'll be staying in Tampa.

TB add a 6&7 this year if not they'll pass then. Have no clue why people here seem to think TB has no choice they must trade Colton. Not specifically you but they don't and won't for:

B. Less than a serious overpay compared to what a lot of people on here think.

Colton is a stud.
I think sharangovich has value to someone (and could be tampa bay based on his talent and he should be cheap for the next 2 years), but not for Colton.

Bahl adds a ton of size that NJD needs and will be a cheap and effective 3LD option longer term.

I agree, maybe not 35, but I think being consistently in the 27-32 range is realistic for his prime
