Armia is probably a dump. Liked the player in Winnipeg, but there's just no room or need for him now, especially at 3.4 for 2 years. Pitlick, not really sure where he'd fit and we already got one of those.

These guys have been together for awhile, yes, but chemistry doesn't always translate to playoff success. Playoffs bring a different level of competition and different style of hockey. There are very few guys on this roster who have won a Cup or gone to the SC Finals, and that's the experience that I think these young guys could benefit from.

Still not sure what MTL's motivation is to give up assets and trade for PLD a year before he is guararnteed to walk there in FA.
