Too bad the rest of the Canucks don't know what defense is. Pettersson and Hughes have been our best defensive players. 100 points + elite defense would be a Selke finalist on any other team than the poverty Canucks. Hate that they have already wasted so many years of Pettersson and Hughes' careers

We desperately need him to change this team. We haven’t had a good young player of that caliber since backstrom.

My bad I messed up and read that post wrong. Yeah I knew Andrey died. Such a tragic story. I just read it wrong. In my mind it said Michkov won't enter the draft this year because of his fathers death. Thanks for the response
