I read a report earlier that said jersey offered Holtz straight up for boeser because they have soured on him this season but they want van to retain 30% and that van said they would consider it for a high draft pick since it's for 3 years I personally don't know much about Holtz but I doubt vans getting such a highly touted prospect for boeser but it would be pretty nice from vans perspective i think

I like Holtz, but his profiency at the NHL level hasn't played out.

As for Boeser..... there is a lot of hate out there for him right now. Some saying he isn't worth a 2nd.

Frankly, I find this pretty fair given the retention, but I don't see a fit with the Devils...... very deep on the wing.

If you want Holtz, would be further ahead to move the pick.

He's probably talking about the trade its just wild to me that they have Pettersson and thats it, not a single decent NHL centreman in the organization after him.

This team is a complete tire fire. I did a couple ACGMs with them earlier today, and moving anything right now for decent value is tough. The talent is there, but so mismanaged it has tanked values if you aren't named Peterson or Hughes.

The worst part is the management group still thinks the team just needs to retool, this team needs a gut job. The more I hear Rutherford speak the more I think the owners hired him solely because he shares their vision of retooling, not because of Rutherford's vast experience which is what they sold it as.

I get where your coming from like I said I don't think it would happen or be fair but I read it and thought I'd post but don't act like sherangovich is even kind of as good as boeser even in a down year boesers on pace for close to 60pts
