Ottawa doesn't want 1.5m in more cap. Isles would have throw in Bailey to make the cap work....even if they do the trade.

The Zaitsev for Myers trade was already snuffed out by Zaitsev's NTC. Apparently that deal was worked out with Zaitsev saying no to the move to Vancouver.

God if we draft Michkov I'll be pissed. Don't get me wrong, he has a ton of talent, but his defensive game is atrocious and his contract situation is a major concern.
