That package doesn't get you Necas. If you want Bear, just give the 3rd.

If someone traded Matthews to Vancouver for Myers and Petterson you would say the same thing. It's ridiculous

What benefits does this have to Vancouver we are likely at best taking 4.5mill in cap for players that would play on our 4th and 3rd pairing respectively, while giving up a young asset to do so, it's like you guys giving up Kines for Myers and Dickinson

Sandin is another LHD that would be stuck behind OEL and Hughes, it makes zero sense for us to move for Sandin

Kerfoot would be a 4th liner? You do understand he played a bigger role than Mikheyev last year right? You guys are hilarious

Ok so we do the deal and put Mikheyev on the 4th line after after paying him $4M+ ?

No to Holl for Ottawa, even if you paid an asset

If you take Zaitsev or Hamonic back, then why not

Kerfoot is soft and easy to play against.Mikheyev is the opposite, and skates like the wind.Thats why we signed him.

This has been an issue for a while. Might also be true for Mikheyev. All the more reason not to do this deal

Lol, yeah I am sure you have the book on both players that played on the same team last season eh? Kerfoot is Garland. They are the same player. Mikheyev is fast, not much faster than Kerfoot. What you will see soon enough, is a bunch of break aways where Mikheyev fires the puck at the goalies chest.

If Kerfoot is on your 4th line, you have the deepest team in the league. Vancouver is definitely not that.

Kuzmenko-Pettersson-Podkolzin
Hoglander-Miller-Boeser
Mikheyev-Horvat-Garland

Our top 9 is pretty much set. What do you want us to do? We aren't paying Mikheyev 4.5 mil to play on the fourth line either. We also aren't stuffing our young guns like Podkolzin on our fourth line. We simply have no need for more forwards right now

Kerfoot is better than your whole LW situation. Would have been a lot smarter to trade for Kerfoot than give Mikheyev 2 million more than he's worth but that is the Canucks way.

I don't believe that, if you want to improve your team and make the playoffs, Kerfoot helps you. Personally I don't think I would move him, if I was Dubas. Injuries are going to happen and when they do, Kerfoot becomes so much more important. He's valuable. Despite what everyone on here says.

We didn’t sign Mikheyev or Kuzmenko to play on the fourth line so what do you want?
