Unsigned players not being named on TC rosters is standard. Him not being signed yet may have to do with the allegations but him not being on the roster is causation of the lack of contract, not correlation to the U18 incident

Yeah I know, but in the event things drag on, he'll still need to be replaced until he is signed. I think Crookshank can definitely make a case to be that guy.

Realistically you are probably just looking at Motte replacing him in that scenario as vets almost always take prio

I actually think Greig is probably most likely tbh. Obviously him being suspended (lol) makes it odd, but I think he'll break camp with Ottawa. I think they'll want to see him in NHL action to start. Motte probably makes the most sense if he's not good to go though.

Probably see Watson in the presser a few times this year and Motter on the 4th line with Kasty/Gambrell and Kelly... if Greig makes the team, he'll be playing 3rd line with Pinto and Joseph. Fun thing is I think Greig won't look out of place on the 4th line either...

Is batherson cleared in all of that TC mess??
