Don't see how Blueger gets the same return as Bjorkstrand. And since he is being dumped here the return may be nothing IMO.

You guys messed up by signing Laine and Johnny before trading Bjorkstrand. Everyone knew your backs were up against the wall and that’s why the prices to dump Nyquist and Vorachek were reportedly stupid high. In this scenario, we would trade Blueger before Larsson - which is something we were close to doing previous - so it isn’t really a cap dump.

Ottawa needs a top 4 RHD, Pettersson is not a piece we need or want and the picks don't change that.

This makes no sense. Trading away a solid dman in pettersson to make cap space in order to pay a 4th line Center 3 M and a scratched player 2M. If we trade pettersson, it will be to make space for a top 6 winger

Tell me if I'm wrong but aren't you guys still over the cap by a little under a million and that's without signing Rodrigues... which is assumed to already have happened but just not announced since your cap is messed up. You will be getting a worse return then that if a return at all.
