Description
With both Tkachuk brothers in the division now the leafs need a lot more grit, if not their best players are going to get pushed around even more than they already do. I know people won't like the Nashville trade, but it's about need not players skill sometimes. JUST HAVING FUN DON'T BE ROUGH. LOL

    I just want to be clear here. He won’t waive and nobody should want him given his injury history.

    Nobody ever thought Gretzky would be traded either. Is it not enough in your opinion value wise, I know he is the perfect captain and team player, just wishful thinking.

    From Anaheim's perspective, that package is no particular reason to take on $5.625 million in cap, and doing it in exchange for the useful Kevin Shattenkirk (who played in all 82 games last year and scored 35 points) only makes it worse.

    From Toronto's perspective, you need BOTH of Muzzin and Shattenkirk, but you don't have the cap room. Exchanging one for the other doesn't help you much except on the cap sheet.

    Change it to a 2nd and 3rd.
