Sandin looks to be developing into a fine defenseman, but we see Kaliyev as being a top-line forward. To put it another way, we have one guy who's of roughly equal talent at LD (Mikey Anderson) and one guy we hope will be as good as Sandin (Tobi Bjornfot), but no one that is in the same mold as Kaliyev.

Wouldn't trade Kaliyev for Fiala. DeBrincat maybe, but then it would significantly reduce the rest of the return.

Kaliyev is their only goal scoring prospect. He is untouchable. Especially for Sandin
