That Ducks trade is beyond delusional. Stolarz is worth much more. 2nd and a 4th to move Mrazek.

Both teams decline pretty easily.

They have Gibson so there's basically no future for Stolarz. They also have Dostal coming in so probably won't be opposed to trading him. But you will most likely have to give up more.
I chose Malgin cuz he might actually be a decent depth piece for them. He dominated the swiss league last szn and could easily play in the nhl, just not a fit for the leafs imo.

Malgin passed through waivers last year unclaimed. He has no value. There's about 100 similar guys that could be signed for the league minimum.

Not a chance that CHI trade happens.

No upside here for Anaheim to make this trade

One year of a perfectly good backup goalie is worth more than a player who hasn't proven that he's an NHLer yet.
